Our Team

We have a dedicated team of young, dynamic and energetic Chartered Accountants and other Finance Professionals who carries vast knowledge, skills and professional experience as well as expertise. CA. Vijaysinh Chauhan is the founder partner of CHAUHAN & JAIN. He has been a Practicing Chartered Accountant since 2012. At present, he looks after the Business and Transaction Advisory practice of the firm. His specialized areas of practice include International Taxation, FEMA and providing Book-keeping and Tax Services to USA Clients. He is also providing consultancy services to NRI clients for Income Tax, Inward and Outward remittances and for Investments in India. Mr. Chauhan has also completed Practical training in US Tax and Accounting course organized by Phoenix Institute, Ahmedabad. Moreover, he has also obtained QuickBooks Online Advanced Certification for US Book-keeping. Presently, Mr. Chauhan is also pursuing US CPA (Certified Public Accountant) course. Mr. Chauhan's approach to client has always remained "a client is a client, no matter how big or small." Due to this philosophy, he always remained very close to the clients of the firm and continuously resolved the problems faced by them.

Mr. Chauhan started his practice as a Junior Partner of a renowned Chartered Accountants firm of North Gujarat in the year 2012 and served it for almost three years. In the year 2015, he started his own practice and established his proprietary firm M/s. V N Chauhan & Associates. In the year 2017, he upgraded his practice to a Partnership. Mr. Chauhan has been leading the firm with full dedication and played a pivotal role in expanding the firm by adding experienced and expert CAs and Finance Professionals in the team.

CA. Gajendrakumar V Jain is a Co-founder of Chauhan & Jain. He has been a Chartered Accountant since 2013. Mr. Jain looks after the Taxation (Direct & Indirect) and Project Finance Practice of the firm. In addition to this, Mr. Jain also leads Tax Litigation Practice of the firm. According to him, Consultancy of a True Professional is not a Cost Center, rather it is a Profit Center for the client. With this approach, he has always been able to maintain a strong relationship with the clients.

Mr. Jain has started working in this field even before getting CA qualification under the able guidance of his elder sister Ms Dipika Shah, who is also a Chartered Accountant practicing in the field of Auditing & Assurance, Taxation and Project Finance. Since 2013, he has served many Corporate and Non Corporate clients directly or on assignments basis. He has a wide experience in Statutory & Tax Audits of Corporate and Non-Corporate Clients, Internal Audits of Corporate Entities, Audits of Nationalized and Co-operative Banks. He is also an expert professional in the field of Project Finance and he has successfully handled many Project Finance assignments from different fields of industries. Apart from this, at a very young age, Mr. Jain has started representing clients before Income Tax and presently he is expert in Tax litigation practice and he has successfully handled many tax litigation issues of income tax and GST before various tax authorities.

CA. Brijesh Darji has qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2019 and joined CHAUHAN & JAIN as a Junior Partner. Presently, Mr. Darji is heading the Ahmedabad Branch of the firm and he looks after the GST, Income Tax and Audit & Assurance Practice of the firm. He is also providing Management Consultancy services and Virtual CFO services to the Corporate and Non Corporate clients. He is expert in implementing SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) in the fields of Finance, Accounting & Tax for Corporate Clients. Mr. Darji has always been eager to learn new things and improve his knowledge. According to him, a Tax and Finance Professional should always remain in touch with Clients and should be ready to assist them as and when needed. And he has practically implemented the same and serving the clients of the firm with highest level of dedication and efficiency. His quick response and friendly approach has made him very popular among the clients of the firm.

Mr. Nitin Luhar has joined CHAUHAN & JAIN as an Associate Professional in the year 2021. He had 10 + years of experience in the fields of Auditing & Assurance, Taxation and Project Finance at the time of joining the firm. He has worked with a renowned CA firm of North Gujarat for almost 5 years and before that he had worked for a Large Co-operative Institution as an Auditor. During this journey, he has gained wide experience and exposure in Statutory & Tax Audits of Corporate and Non Corporate Clients, Internal Audits of Corporate Entities, Audits of Nationalized and Co-operative Banks. He is also an expert professional in the field of Project Finance and he has successfully handled many Project Finance assignments from different fields of industries. He looks after the Project Finance and Govt. Subsidies related services of the firm. His expertise and services are being appreciated by the MSME clients very well.

His rich experience in the fields of Auditing, Finance and Taxation has been very helpful for the firm and it will strengthen the client network of the firm. He is actively engaged in the Auditing & Assurance, Taxation and Project Finance Practice of the firm.

CS. Kuldeep Shukla has been working with CHAUHAN & JAIN as an Associate since inception of the firm. He is practicing as a Company Secretary since 2013 in the name of his proprietary firm M/s. Kuldeep J Shukla & Associates. At CHAUHAN & JAIN, he looks after the Corporate Advisory Services with prime focus on Corporate and allied laws. Mr. Shukla is having meticulous approach towards compliance and legal matters. He has played a pivotal role in various special advisory engagements to unravel opportunities for companies, leading them towards their goals.

He has wide practical experience in different areas of Corporate Laws including Secretarial Audit and Compliances, Incorporation of Companies, Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions, Listing of Public Limited Companies, Forex Laws, Legal Due Diligence, Trade Mark etc. He has been extensively liaising with various government and non government authorities and agencies such as Reserve Bank of India, Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, NCLT, SEBI etc. The firm and its corporate clients are benefited by his expertise in Corporate and Allied Business Laws.
