Past, Present & Future

The firm was originally established in the year 2015 by CA. Vijaysinh Chauhan as a proprietary firm with the name M/s. V N Chauhan & Associates. After successfully establishing the practice for 2 years and with a sufficiently good network of clients, in the year 2017, Mr. Chauhan thought to expand the operations of the firm both in terms of scope of services as well as in terms of infrastructure and resources. With a view to achieve these objects, he made a professional association with CA. Gajendrakumar Jain, who is also an experienced and competent Chartered Accountant in practice with an equal standing in the field. With this association, name of the firm has been changed to M/s. CHAUHAN & JAIN which is a partnership firm registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Since 2017, the firm has widened its client base as well as scope of services being offered to its valued clients to a great extent. Along with this, the firm has also expanded its infrastructure and human resources so as to serve the clients in a most efficient and professional manner. With an idea to make the services of the firm high tech and online with the help of information technology, the partners of the firm launched a website of the firm for a larger benefit of the clients and the firm has made many of its services online to the extent practically possible. In the year 2019, the firm associated with CA. Brijesh Darji, a newly qualified Chartered Accountant as a Partner of the Firm. Since then the firm has accelerated its growth and operations to a next level and the firm has made its place amongst one of the most reputed and reliable CA firm based at Mehsana in North Gujarat.

In the year 2021, the firm has upgraded its office premises with high end technologies and human resources and shifted its office to Radhanpur Road, Mehsana, a premium business locality of the Mehsana City. Along with the same the firm has also associated with Mr. Nitin Panchal, who is also an experienced Tax and Finance Professional having wide knowledge in the field of Finance & Tax.

In the year 2023, the firm has expanded its office network by opening a branch office at Ahmedabad, the economic and industrial hub of Gujarat as well as India. The branch office is located at Science City Road, close to S G Highway at a prime business locality and is headed by a Senior Chartered Accountant to serve the premium and respected clients of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar of the firm.

Presently, the firm operates through a Head Office at Mehsana (Gujarat), branch office at Ahmedabad (Gujarat) and an associate firm at Unjha (Gujarat), the spices hub of India with a motto to maintain ethical, professional & technical standards as well as operating, training & quality control procedures. In order to ensure that the firm meet its commitment to reliable and quality service, CHAUHAN & JAIN has proprietary procedures with respect to the quality of its work. These procedures are designed to provide reasonable assurance that, in performing services, our personnel will be competent, objective, and will exercise due professional care.
